  1. dude, the PWS response system is useless, particularly for your faster tidal currents. our skimmers can’t handle marine debris and have a very low encounter rate due to a maximum advancing speed of <1 kt.

      You have 200 + fishermen with current buster with a 4 knot rating we have none.

      • unfortunately both the ceiling and floor are in New Orleans and a spill of any size is equivalent to a category five hurricane between the eyes, dude

      • My bad, it was Paul Simon not McCartney. So are you telling me, Mr. Exxon Valdez survivor, that we should just give up?
