We walk on the shoulders of giants….

I am so glad to have known Karl Kenyon, Doug Chapman, and Vic Scheffer depicted in this shot I took of them at the Red Lion in Bellevue. It was a meeting of the Marine Mammal Commission some time ago. We just lost the last of them, Vic Scheffer at 104. There is definitely a weakness in the force that some new leaders need to fill.
